Only one promotion may be applied per order. We recommend that you review your order to check if you have any existing codes or discounts active. Any bulk "Buy More, Save More" discounts are are not valid with any free reward / discount promotions.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?
Delivery is only available to Australian addresses.
What if the recipient is not at home?
Every order is dispatched with an Authority to Leave instruction; provided it is safe to leave the parcel (at the courier’s discretion), your gift pack will be left at the doorstep or in a safe place.
If it is unsafe for the parcel to be left at the address, a notification card will be left with instructions to pick it up at your convenience from the nearest post office during their opening hours.
We recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone will be home to accept the delivery.
What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?
Ensuring that the full and correct street address is provided for delivery is your responsibility, including any business names and unit numbers where applicable.
We know that sometimes mistakes are made. If you need to adjust your order please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible with your order number and the details of the change, and we will do our best to adjust your address.
If your gift has been dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Do I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, we will send you an email confirming your order.

What method of payment is accepted?
We accept Visa & MasterCard payments as well as American Express and Apple Pay.
Credit card payments are made through a secure online portal called Braintree. No sensitive data is kept on our servers so you can shop online safely and securely with us.
Can I change my mind after placing an order?
If you contact us before your order has been dispatched, we’ll do our best to amend or cancel your order. Unfortunately, after the order has been dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be accepted.
